So last night I had an attitude and decided that I was cooking….lol Only me right.  Nonetheless I seem to cook, clean and blog better when I have an attitude and last night I had MAJOR Attitude, so I guess that’s why this turned out so delicious.  I had already planned on cooking a meal in my Ninja 3N1 Cooking System, but got extra motivated after yesterday’s events.  Keep in mind I am a single mother, who blogs and works full-time so quick and easy is the life I have to live.  So that’s what inspires me to cook using my Ninja 3N1 Cooking system, I can do it quick, it’s easy and best of all it’s done all in one pot!  Check out my Crockpot Lasagna:

Easy to cook Lasagna for your Ninja Cooking System or any crockpot!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (24 oz)
  3. 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  4. 1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese
  5. 1/3 Cup of Ricotta Cheese
  6. 10 Lasagna Noodles (Uncooked)
  7. 1 1/2 Cup of Water
  8. Chopped Onions & Green Peppers (To Taste)
  9. Seasoning salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper & Italian Seasoning (To Taste)
  10. Ninja 3n1 Cooking System or CrockPot
Instructions
  1. Brown your ground beef in your Ninja 3n1 Cooking system (crockpot) for approximately 10-12 minutes.
  2. Season your ground beef with Seasoning Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper and Italian Seasoning. (Season to Taste)
  3. 1/2 way thru the browning process add your onions and green peppers.
  4. Once the ground beef is completely browned add your water and the spaghetti sauce - mix well.
  5. Top mixture with your 10 Lasagna Noodles broken into pieces (don't break into little pieces, I broke mine into 3's)
  6. Let cook for approximately 30 minutes or until the noodles are tender
  7. Stir in the Mozzarella, Ricotta and Colby Jack Cheeses
  8. Top with Mozzarella Cheese and serve with Garlic Bread or Garlic Sticks.
Notes
  1. You can also spice up this recipe by substituting Ground Turkey, adding Italian Sausage or adding diced tomatoes.
