What does it take to get started?  Success begins with the FIRST Step and that first step is placing MIND OVER MATTER.  Stop making excuses for why you can’t workout, stop setting unrealistic workout goals, and stop saying “I am going to start my diet on Monday!”  Tuesday through Sunday is just as good as ANY day to start working toward your fitness goals.  So set a goal, decide to start TODAY, and take your FIRST Step!
