So you know the age old saying ‘YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!!”  Well guess what there really is truth in that saying.  If you continue you to fill your body with unhealthy foods (i.e. Fast, greasy, fattening and cheap food) then no matter how much exercising you do, you will NEVER see the results you desire.  Start off by tracking what you eat using a downloadable application such as My Fitness Pal.  With this app you can see WHAT you eat throughout the day and if you need to modify your caloric, protein and fat intake.  In doing this you become more aware of what you are putting into your body.  Here’s my challenge to your this week:  Track your food for the next week and on next Friday I will give some suggestions of what type of foods you should be consuming.
